Belynda DeBeurs is a career CPA with a total of 14 years as a CFO in the construction industry.  She is the founder and visionary behind RoadMap to Profit, western Canada’s construction industry system expert and the author of "Who's Watching Your Money".  Belynda leads with love and devotes her time to mentoring others within the construction industry, spending time on her acreage in the mountains and reading business books.  A few of her favorite books are "Traction" by Gino Wickman and "High Performance Habits" by Brendon Burchard.

​Belynda's passion is using her expertise in the construction industry to change lives for the better, building businesses and relationships that matter.  She believes in the story behind the numbers and realizing the potential in the possibilities.  Belynda lives to turnaround companies that other firms have walked away from, and make them profitable. She is an expert problem-solver in the construction industry and her mantra is "A business is only a business if it is profitable and can run without you".

Belynda is innovative and insightful.  She mentors her clients and enjoys seeing others' dreams become a reality. ​

Melissa, Director of First Impressions

Meet Melissa!  She is our Director of First Impressions as well as our Marketing Coordinator, the self-proclaimed “Culture Keeper” ​Melissa's talents and skills are very versatile, making her a huge asset to our team.  One thing she values about working for RoadMap to Profit is how we all care about each other and our clients.  She loves learning new things every day and helping people find solutions to better not only their businesses, but also their personal lives as well.

​Her teammates describe her as helpful, passionate and supportive - which truly radiates from her in interests; Melissa is a trained postpartum doula who loves to read and loves yoga.  Her favorite books are “Daring Greatly” by Brené Brown and "Becoming" by Michelle Obama.

Nancy, Controller

​Nancy has a deep desire to help others.  She possesses the skills and experience to help companies plan, organize and implement new processes that will allow business owners to focus on moving their business forward. Nancy loves working for RoadMap to Profit because "every day brings something new!".

​She is very creative and enjoys spending time painting, reading, and gardening.  She would love to learn how to sew and make clothing.

​We love Nancy's calm approach to every situation.  When moving companies from Red to Black, she believes it is important to reduce the customer’s stress by supporting challenges with a - "Let's cross that bridge when we get there" mentality.  Nancy is focused, strategic and organized.

​She brings so much to our company!

Michelle, Training Technician

Michelle started in data-entry and quickly climbed the ladder to Bookkeeper and then Training Technician, due to her dedication and natural talent of creating and implementing processes.  Michelle is compassionate, caring and meticulously organized.

Michelle divides her time between family, friends and her horses. You can find her in the mountains, fishing or acquiring beautiful, rare houseplants.

Our favourite things about Michelle are her reliability, warmth and intellect. Our client’s enjoy Michelle’s gentle determination as she walks them through processes to maximize profitability in their organization.

Lee, Director of Sales

Lee Ellis is a past president of the Lions Club of Calgary and is known for his charitable work around the city of Calgary.  He has won several awards is sales including the Pinnacle award with TELUS.  

After leaving the Lions Club, Lee continued his charitable associations, supporting the Veterans Food Bank and the Rowan House in High River.  He is both a former rancher with a passion for Arabian horses and an internationally published photographer. 

His co-workers would describe him as supportive, creative and spirited.
